I was fortunate to meet Jean-Charles quite accidentally through my girlfriend. When I first heard about his practice it sounded interesting, but not really like the kind of thing I'm into. But then I had the opportunity to actually sit down with Jean-Charles and hear about what he does and experience a session with him. Merveilleux… I had the privilege to experience a spiritual (Life Between Lives) hypnosis session with Jean-Charles and I was convinced! I didn't know much about hypnosis. I had seen Messmer (the entertainer) and others, but I knew it was a show. I was pretty sure that Jean-Charles would not make me do the chicken on my kitchen table I'm someone who is rather rational and very scientific. According to my little amount of knowledge on that subject, hypnosis was neither rational or scientific. That's why I just had to experience it, to see what it was all about. My experience was very conclusive! At the beginning, Jean-Charles takes the time to explain what is hypnosis, what it's not, and takes the time to answer any question we may have. He also collects some information that will be helpful during the process and asks about our goals. The beginning of the process looks like a guided relaxation... It's very relaxing. Jean-Charles also makes us do some exercises to bring us in the right state to continue the session. I was feeling really good, very calm, but I was still doubting... My "little" rational side was finding the idea of being hypnotized a little weird and my internal voice was holding a monologue straight out of a boring television series. As soon as the background noise stopped, the answer to Jean-Charles questions came by themselves. Sometimes, I was seeing the answers, sometimes I was hearing them, and other times I just simply knew. The visit in the past life and in-between lives were filled with emotions and informations about myself. It's an experience very hard to describe, but very pleasant. We are in another world, but we stay connected to the present world: we hear, we remember, we decide not to say everything that we see and I'm sure I could have said: "Ok, that's enough, we stop here" if I had not liked the experience. However, I wanted to continue, so I didn't test the last point... After the session, I felt really relaxed, physically as well as mentally. As days went by, I realized that "usual" muscular tensions that I used to have, had disappeared. I also noticed that I looked at life from a slightly different angle, tainted by the information I had acquired during the hypnosis session. It was my first experience, I really liked it, and I will do it again! Thanks Jean-Charles! I also had the chance to have this memorable experience with Jean-Charles. I had been hypnotised before my Messmer (Stage hypnotist) and I had heard of regressions in past lives and in-between lives, but had never experienced it myself. I have to say that I also was very cautious about it, even though I firmly believe that hypnosis is a powerful tool because of the many testimonials about it. Anyhow! I contacted Jean-Charles and he asked me to make a list of questions... And obviously, I asked questions such as "What am I doing here on Earth?", "What people in my life I have been with in previous lives?". However, I realized that it didn't matter that much to me. another part of my questions aimed at understanding certain phenomena that I had experienced in the past, but it was more out of curiosity. Finally, my last questions were related to my health. Well prepared, I welcomed Jean-Charles who did a brief presentation of hypnosis in order to answer any question I might have had, and to prepare me for the session. We then set everything up. It is with great respect that Jean-Charles brought me in an altered state. I think I could've stayed like this all afternoon, but there was much better to do! we started with some visualization and I was amazed how how many details I was able to get. Personally, I was seeing things, often with an impression of the surrounding sounds that I instinctively interpreted, sometimes with tactile sensations that were quite amazing. I remember the heat of the sun with the fresh breeze...Ah.. What an amazing feeling... We then moved on to the regression itself. It was pretty quick, but that's were things got complicated. In the visualization exercises, I didn't mind making up stuff and moreover, I didn't have any reason to analyze what was happening: I just had to enjoy it! When the regression in the present life started, a part of me was receiving images and another part was trying to remember if the images were right or not. Big mistake! I should have tried to remember the facts AFTER the session when listening back to the recording. This has caused some initial difficulties in my session, because my concentration wasn't total. Nobody's perfect! And then came the past life regression, somewhere in the middle east. There was a lot of information coming in my head and I had difficulty understanding them one at a time. Thankfully, Jean-Charles was there to help me. I felt quite intense emotions during this part of the session. Sadness, joy, hopelessness, and inner peace... I really liked it and I'm pleased to have had experience the feeling of serenity, coming from a life well accomplished. Just to think about it makes me feel good. It's also in this oart that I experience the most interesting thing. I suddenly lost all feeling of time and space, I had the impression of turning vertically, then horizontally, all combined with the feeling of falling... Incredible! It was hard finding stability where you don't know where you are!! Anyhow, it was quite an amazing experience also. Jean-Charles waiting for everything to stabilize, while asking me to focus on my breath at the end of it. After spending some time exploring the past life, when moved on to the end of it. There was then a very long tunnel, but REALLY long, so long that I asked myself if there was an end. When I crossed on the "other side", it's hard to describe what happened... I'm quite familiar with describing material things, but there, it is quite different. Most of the time, I mainly experienced feelings, intuitions. I was sometimes hard to verbalize these impressions. However, we nevertheless found answers to most of my questions, with a lot of patience on Jean-Charles's side, because I must admit this part took quite a while. At the end, I received a great gift! A huge storm of images of all sorts, probably among the most beautiful things I've seen in all my life! I can't say if there images come from past lives or in-between lives, but they were breath taking! I also remember, at the end of the discussion with my spiritual guide, my hands were very stiff grasping on my thighs. I was afraid of having pain because of that. However, when I emerged from hypnosis, I had no pain at all. On the contrary, some pain that I previously had, had totally disappeared. It was strange to move my hands, my arms, to feel my body, and this, even though I was aware of it during the session. Jean-Charles and I then discussed the experience after the session. And when we looked at the time, we were both amazed at how fast time had gone by. It was already sunset... I'm very happy about this experience and it really brought me a lot. Deep inside of me, I have the intrinsic feeling that it was real, and even if it only came from my subconscious mind, well then I have a really amazing subconscious and would like to explore it more! Mes études universitaires axées sur la recherche scientifique et mes années de travail de recherche m'ont forgé un esprit critique et analytique qui font que je ne crois pas tout ce qui se dit sur un sujet X simplement parce que je m'intéresse à ce même sujet et l'hypnose fait parti de ces sujets X... J'ai toujours été intéressé par les époques passées et rêvé de pouvoir un jour y vivre! Mais la machine à voyager dans le temps n'existe pas encore... Quoi que l'hypnose régressive existe! N'ayant jamais fais d'hypnose avant, je dois admettre que j'étais un peu sceptique sur l'authenticité de ce qui allait se passer. On a tous vu des gens se faire hypnotiser à la télé ou en spectacle et on se dit toujours que c'est arrangé... mais là il n'y avait que moi, et Jean-Charles m'a fait visiter rapidement (car nous étions limités dans le temps) quatre vies antérieures dont une qui m'a profondément marquée... Guidé par les paroles de Jean-Charles, j'ai ''apprivoisé'' l'état d'hypnose qui n'a ressemblé en rien avec ce que je m'attendais! Ce que j'allais voir et ressentir allais me faire vivre des émotions fortes insoupçonnées et me donner bien des réponses à des questions qui m'ont longtemps intriguées sans jamais avoir réussi à trouver de réponse... J'étais ramené à l'époque des Romains et des gladiateurs et j'y ai vu des gens de cette vie passée qui sont aujourd'hui dans ma vie actuelle très importantes et je sais maintenant pourquoi l'une d'elles compte autant dans ma vie! A la fin de la scéance, j'ai compris pourquoi je me sens intérieurement interpelé chaque fois que je regarde des documentaires ou des films qui relatent des histoires marquantes du passé, comme l'époque des Romains ou la seconde guerre mondiale. I've been wanting to experience hypnosis for a long time, I was intrigued to explore this modified state of consciousness. I then contacted Jean-Charles for a issue regarding stress management, and he offered to try spiritual hypnosis for free (a promotion he was offering). I said why not! . I'm someone very curious by nature and intrigued since my childhood by questions such as: What happens after we die? What is my purpose on Earth? Jean-Charles is very friendly and professional. The session starts with an introduction on what is hypnosis, on the process, and the exploration of my own personal objectives for the session. Afterward, we start with a relaxation. My body was then very relaxed but I was initially a little afraid. I was also afraid that it wouldn't work and I was asking myself how I would know if it wouldn't work, I was afraid of saying stupid things. Then I decided to let go and relax, after all, it's only an experience! I was in a relaxed state and it was like I didn't have a body anymore. There was Jean-Charles's voice that was far away. I was totally in control and could have stopped at all time if I wanted to. I remember everything. However, I did lose track of time because the session lasted 3 hours and it felt really short. I didn't have any problems visualizing, images were coming to me easily, sometimes words came to my mind. Sometimes, when Jean-Charles asked a question, an image would come to my mind, which I translated in a message. Jean-Charles once asked my guide how he could continue helping others and then a yellow dotted line appeared in my mind, which in spontaneously translated as "by helping people cross that line". This being said, I "visited" many past lives. The exploration remained very brief. I saw scenes, emotions were emerging. I also had the impression that people from my present life were in some of my past lives as well. I was mostly looking forward to exploring the in-between lives, which was by far my favorite part. Certain images and messages were very clear and I didn't have any doubts regarding these messages, in relation with the past lives exploration. It doesn't matter whether the messages came from my guide or what not. The important thing is that it brought me a lot and gave me advices on some personal dilemmas that I was facing. It reassured me about certain things that I knew within myself, but that my mental was fighting against. I also think that hypnosis is a state that can be practiced, and that we can become better at it with practice. I had the chance to experience a spiritual hypnosis session with Jean-Charles last week and it was an extraordinary experience. I knew little about hypnosis and I didn't know what to expect. I was really curious even though I was somewhat sceptikal at first, not at hypnosis in general, but the esoteric aspect of spiritual hypnosis (exploring past lives and in-between lives). Jean-Charles is a professional who practices with a real passion. I had full confidence in him when I accepted to be hypnotised. The session started with relaxation exercises, visualization and breathing to calm the mind and foster the right hypnotic state. Contrary to what I'd thought, it was very easy for me to enter into this state, guided by Jean-Charles's soft and reassuring voice. It reminded me of a state of deep meditation, where I can observe my thoughts without being carried away by them, staying concentrated on what he was saying. I was perfectly aware of what I was saying (I actually listened again to the tape and there were no surprises!), I knew where I was, I heard the surrounding noises... It was a bit like hyperconscience. What I appreciated most from Jean-Charles's approach was that he was very attentive. I really felt he was connected to me and the visions I was describing to him. He was also very patient with waiting for my answers, which took sometimes long to come! He has developed a great receptivity and an unconditional acceptance of the other in his approach. He helped me describe and interpret the images that were forming in my mind, and ask questions about the people I would encounter. And sometimes, I didn't see anything, I didn't have any answers to his questions and I was accepted in everything that I said. The session lasted 3 hours but really seemed shorter! I also got in contact with beings in the exploration of the in-between lives and I saw a spiritual guide. I was sometimes doubtful about the "visions" that I had, because I didn't know if they were real or came out of my imagination. I was a bit afraid to make up stuff. But afterward, I realized that even though I didn't know for sure where these images came from and who were the people I met, the impressions I got were real and the messages, clear. Messages that I might not have had access right away should I have not done the hypnosis session. The important thing for me is not to know if they were real or not, but rather be open to the messages that they transmitted to m, even if it "only" came from my unconscious mind. So I was sceptikal about past lives, I still am! But the question is somewhere else. We simply need to put ourselves in a receptive state et trust our subconscious and in our ability to find our own answers inside us, as trust the person who guides us in the journey. It's clear that I recommend people to try a spiritual session with Jean-Charles at least once! On my side, this was the first among many others! There is so much to discover! Il y avait notamment 2 périodes où je me sentais profondément "endormie" à un tel point où je n'avais pas envie de parler. Il faut dire aussi que dans ces 2 moments-là, soit plus précisément lorsque j'étais en contact avec mes guides, le ressenti était très fort; les guides me transmettaient des sentiments de bien-être et j'avais envie de les savourer. Les messages de mes guides étaient en effet plutôt de la transmission d'un état, d'un sentiment, plutôt que d'un dialogue. Ainsi, je n'avais pas de réponse à mes questions par un oui ou un non mais par de la transmission d'une émotion ce qui m'amenait à me dire que c'était positif. Jean-Charles est d'une grande écoute et d'une immense patience. On sent que sa volonté est de nous accompagner et nous suivre là où nous sommes. Il est aussi capable de nous replonger encore plus profond lorsque nécessaire où de passer à une autre étape. On se sent entre de bonnes mains. That being said, you would think I am disappointed - on the contrary I feel it was extremely successful in that it accomplished what I wanted - deal with my block or blocks. I'm still not really sure what my block is but it doesn't matter anymore. I have come to realize that it is time that I stop fighting it and start accepting it and working with it. I also need to stop the internal dialogue reinforcing my "block". I could go on at length to describe this "epiphany" but I won't - what is important is the sessions triggered this "epiphany" and for the first time in many years, I feel like I can move forward and overcome what has been "blocking" me. For me this is HUGE. After the sessions I had many more details and realizations that came to me regarding my life working in the stables of the French nobleman and his wife. It made me understand certain attitudes and behaviours of my mother and clarified other things. I am very grateful for this. J'ai été très surpris quand est venu le temps de me lever du divan parce-que je me suis aperçu qu'il y avait encore beaucoup d'énergie qui passait à travers mon corps et aussi je croyais avoir été dans l'état d'hypnose seulement 1 heure mais c'était près de 3 heures. J'ai très bien aimé la façon que Jean-Charles travaille et je le recommande très fortement pour une expérience unique. Je me suis senti a l'aise du début à la fin. Yves Bourdeau Jean-Charles is a great hypnotist. He is calm and patient to bring his client to the relaxation state. He perfectly explains the process, the steps to know exactly how it works. He is super nice so if you are afraid or not convinced, he takes the time needed until you are ready. This is a very impressive experience, like a journey in the clouds. My first impression was to be like in a dream, you perceive things a little blurry, like in another dimension. I had the impression of not having a body, it was very strange. I really liked the moment where we find ourselves between 2 lives. We only perceive energy masses, colors et little dots. You really feel like you're floating and you discuss with wise old souls. We learn a lot at that time.I think it's one of the best moments because it's like doing a balance of all your lives, like a review of your present life and what you need to accomplish... It's amazing, you have the freedom to take back your life as it is and make the necessary changes according to what you saw. They give you advices, you feel very secure and you find strength to keep going. I strongly recommend this experience to those who want to find out the impacts of their past lives in their actual lives. Sometimes, we don't understand why we react in a certain way, why we always face the same problems. With the journey to past lives and in-between lives, we can find the karmic relationships, and most importantly, we can find our mission in our life. Être hypnotisé donne effectivement l'impression d'être dans l'entre-deux sommeil du matin, une agréable sensation ou tout s'enregistre. C'est une expérience qu'on peut d'ailleurs revisiter, car on se souvient de tout. L'enregistrement audio aidant, on peut l'écouter et le réécouter pour redécouvrir notre expérience. Pour ma part, la pertinence d'avoir visiter une vie antérieure, la plus liée à ma vie actuelle, m'a semblé peu significative aux premiers instants... I have long believed that hypnosis is one of the best ways of speaking to our subconscious mind. It has always seemed evident to me that communicating directly with the part of the mind that is really "running the show", so to speak, would be the most effective way of achieving healing and reaching the most spiritual parts of ourselves.
