Life between lives
What to expect in a session

1. Pre-talk

At the beginning of the session, we start with what we call a pretalk. It means that I will discuss with you the hypnosis process we will use, I will clarify everything so that you can feel comfortable, safe and in the best state possible for the session. We will also talk about your previous experiences with hypnosis, if any, and I will answer any question you may have.

After that, we will look at your preparation document (that you receive after the appointment). The goal of this document is to personalize the process to your needs, to clarify any personal questions you're seeking answers to.

Please note that the whole process takes about 3-4 hours.

2. The hypnosis process

The hypnosis session is generally divided into 3 phases.

A) Preparatory phase
B) Exploration of a past life
C) Exploration of the in-between lives space

A) Preparatory phase

In this phase, we do different special exercises to prepare you for the session, and to stimulate a deep enough level of trance to experience the rest of the process.

It's also in this phase that we pratice going back to past memories, by bringing you back to your childhood. We also also only bring you back to happy, positive or neutral memories, to practice your natural ability to access your internal database of past memories, stored in your subconscious mind.

B) Exploration of a past life

After exploring happy or neutral memories from childhood, we move on by going further back, bringing the client into a past life. This phase facilitates the subsequent access to the inter-lives space.

However, before engaging in this journey, we ask the permission of the client's soul when in deep hypnosis, to make sure that this inner journey is for his greater good, and will respect his internal ecology.

After having received permission, we explore together certain meaningful events of the client's past life, and look to maybe find a few elements that would help him understand his present life situation. We also ask the subconscious mind of the client to bring him to places where it would be beneficial for him to see, so as to not disturb him in any way.

C) Exploration of the in-between lives state

This experience is by far the most amazing and memorable experience for the client, as he enters the realm of the soul. Here are some common experiences that are possible in this zone:

- Meeting with the spiritual guide
- Knowledge of the spiritual guide's name
- Possibility to ask questions to the spiritual guide
- Knowledge of our own spiritual name
- Exploration of different places (life planification zone,
  self-development zones, playful zones, etc)
- Meeting of our soul group and soul mate
- Meeting with the council of elders

In this inter-lives zone, it is also possible to ask the following questions:

   -  What are the main things I came on the Earth to learn?
   -  What is my purpose in this life?
   -  Why did I choose this body?
   -  Why did I choose these parents, friends, life partners?
   -  What do I have to learn from certain events that happened in my life?
   -  What do I have to learn from certain illnesses
   -  What can I do to improve my health?
   -  What do I have to learn in this or that relationship?

There are MANY other things that we can explore in this special zone, but these are the most common ones.

It is also very important to specify that all clients may not have access to the same experiences, and may not receive an answer to all of their questions. The reason is quite simple, a client will only receive an answer that will be beneficial for his development.

When I ask a question that the answer would not be beneficial to him, the client typically answers something like "I don't perceive any answer", or "I'm not receiving anything". And it's fine. Experience suggests that it would be the spiritual guides of the clients who sometimes censor information, to make sure it won't affect certain things/lessons the client has yet to learn.

3. Does everyone have the capacity to have this experience?

Yes. The hypnosis state is accessible to everyone since we all experience the brainwaves associated with it every night when we go to sleep, and in the morning when we wake up.

However, it happens sometimes, although rarely, that the process may not work on the first time, that the client needs more practice. When this happens, I give the client a special practice CD that is specific to developing the skills required for this process. When he's able to achieve the goals suggested on the recordings, we can then meet again. It is also worth mentioning that sometimes, the client may not be ready to experience the in-between lives state, and that it would be best to wait for a later time in his life.
